I take a lot of omega supplents every day and have been worried about the quantity of vitamin A I was taking. My desire is to take as little vitamin A as possible but get as much Omega-3,6,9 as possible. Believing the label to be accurate I am taking 12 of these a day (3 every 4 hours). I also take 12 flaxseed oil pills.
