I have been using this for about a month and it seems to work better than other "icy heat"-type rubs. I recently found out that doTerra is a well established name in the essential oil area and that this contains stuff that actually helps heal tissue instead of only providing heat relief. I also use the lotion version of this, but the roll on is much more concentrated and I can feel the difference. It goes on light and absorbs quickly, then heats up for a while, and then the heat goes away and it just does its thing. If you want a constant heat, this is not it, but it's much more than just heat also. It's working with my injury which I've had for two years now, and also with stiffness from doing yard work. I took a star off cause it is pretty pricey for a bottle that is only about 2" high, but I suppose it's worth it cause it works.
