this is a good product, however, it is listed as kosher by Amazon. It is not listed as kosher or vegetarian by the solgar website. I have a child that is allergic to red meat and gelatin is made from pork and beef!!! So I would love it if Amazon could fix this error, thanks. Fish oils are difficult to find with vegetable gelatin capsules, so beware if you are like me and by kosher to get vegetable caps you still have to check the website for the brand name. When will Amazon start putting an ingredient list for the vitamins??

I am extremely allergic to any shellfish, so I use this product since it's sardine and anchovy oils. I have no side effects whatsoever, been taking one of these in the morning and evening. I really dont' know if they have lowered my cholesterol, but my doctor said to stay on them. Others that have a lot of soybean oil break me out, so I'm sticking with this brand. Also, I don't get those fishy burps!

Nothing to criticize about this product. Sometimes I get the fishy burps but nothing compared to some of the other fish oils I've tried in the market. You can't go wrong with this product.

My 240 count softgels came in a big bottle. Product is Gluten, Wheat and Dairy free. I like that on the label it says " Purified to eliminate Mercury & Other Contaminants".
