I was looking for a natural remedy for pain, i noticed that birch tree oil was great for pain but also was a good headache reliever. I thought I'll give it a try, i put a couple of drops on a cotton ball, the scent is pleasing sort of like Wintergreen, and just inhaled a few whiffs, WOW, immediatly my headache began to disappear. I didn't want to Overdose on the stuff, but I took another couple of whiffs and the headache was totally gone. I kept the cotton ball by my chair throughout the evening, and every so often just smelled it one more time, however the headache was gone. I have now mixed it with beeswax, coconut oil, shea butter, menthol and camphor to make a rub for my sore muscles and knees, (which by the way was my main intention of purchasing in the first place). While the fragrance is quite potent with the mix of all, the benefits are amazing. Less pain and less headaches.

I have purchased quite a few essential oils for my personal use over the years for aromatherapy (for myself and my pets) and also for medicinal uses. These oils from Nature's Kiss are of an excellent quality. I use the birch oil for shoulder aches and it works like a charm for me.

This is a nice strongly scented oil. I am using it for a Scentwork class with my dog and I find it (although a different use than most) to be excellent. I will order again from this site as my need for different oils evolves.

I bought this oil because I read it is great for pain relief. A tiny dab, diluted in olive oil, a drop behind each ear got rid of my headache within half an hour. Can't wait to try it as a rub for sore muscles. Be sure to dilute because this stuff is very concentrated and a little will go a long way very strong. Smells medicinal, very similar to wintergreen. I would definitely order it again.

I was really surprised at the punch the white birch has. It has a great smell, almost minty and it tastes spicy. I love the quality of this oil, the way it was packed, the fast shipping and the oil lasts a long time. I will order this brand again when I need more. It is an excellent quality.
