I bought these for a friend who was having a tough time managing her morning sickness. She swears these drops are the only things that work! She takes one as soon as she feels nauseous and it goes away. I had to give it 5 stars for her, but when I used these years ago during my own pregnancy, they didn't seem to work. Every pregnancy is different though!
