I selected this product to make a nighttime treatment for my hair loss. I found this treatment in a book called "The Complete Book of Essential Oils and Aromatherapy". It called for 4 ounces of cider vinegar, 20 drops of carrot oil, and 10 drops of rosemary oil. I selected my carrot oil from this site because I wanted to benefit from its pure qualities. This particular brand has an earthy smell and is suppose to strengthen the hair as it grows. I place the formula on nightly and it works as well as my alopecia prescribed medication that I stopped using because of negative side effects. I love this oil brand and using essential oils. I find Carrot Oil to be an excellent hair conditioner. I rub 1-2 drops in my freshly washed hair and get wonderfully soft and shiny hair each time. As I have very short hair, I don't need very much oil. If I feel that I have too much, it easily rinses out.

this oil is of good quality, and the price was fairly inexpensive for the type of oil. I am currently using it for my oil blends and would purchase it again.

Made a skin cream with Carrot and Patchouli..it's fantastic. I do not buy in large quantities and was surprised & pleased with how long this oil has lasted. The cream has taken on a bit of a darker, richer base...but am loving the creaminess. Ahhh...
