I ordered this thinking it was the Okara protect color shampoo in the yellow tube. The actual tube I clicked on and ordered was yellow. Unfortunately, I received a red tube. The red tube (Okara radiance enhancing shampoo for color treated hair) surprised me but I thought they had maybe just changed the packaging. No such luck. This shampoo is pink instead of yellow and leaves my hair fly-away and dried out, not really clean, and hard to manage. I've been using Okara protect color in the yellow tube for years, followed by the clear Rene Furterer Fiovaranti vinegar rinse and my hair was soft, shiny, manageable, and looked great all the time. People have actually commented on how dry and fly-away my hair is with this product. I would not recommend it at all and I am a huge Rene Furterer fan. My hair is blond, thick, and highlighted. Maybe this product is for a different type of hair?

I notice it's almost impossible to find the Okara protect color shampoo in the yellow tube on amazon these days. I found it, but couldn't get it with Prime -now it says "out of stock" with no idea of when it would be in stock again. What's up with that? I wish it had said that when I ordered it and got a different product instead. Buyer beware.

UPDATE: I actually ordered this product AGAIN after talking to the seller who guaranteed me that I would be sent the yellow tubed product I was looking for. Again I was sent the red tube with the radiance enhancing shampoo. Just go it today after ordering it a week ago. The actual invoice in the box states that it's the product I wanted, not the product I got. It's going back, but what a hassle. I do notice that now they at least say that the image is not available on Amazon, even though they show a yellow tube under that warning. Way too much hassle for me. I won't be ordering from this seller again.

This is a very nice shampoo particularly when used with the Furterer hair mask, but they are both very costly and there are other products that are as good at lower cost. In addition, the packaging makes it difficult to get all the shampoo out of the tube. At this price, that counts

This is one of the few and true shampoos that protects your hair color. Whenever I used this I noticed that (even though it was just a few days after coloring) that the water rinsed clear instead of red. It truly protects your hair color. After shampooing and drying, my hair was noticeably softer and a lot more radiant. I received this product as a sample and you'd better believe I am all for buying more. My only wish is I could give it 10 stars!

I've used another Furterer shampoo in the past, but decided to try this one. My gosh, I could not, nor could my husband, open the top. I ended up banging it in a downward motion on a hard surface. The whole top flew off, so I transferred the contents to a plastic travel bottle.

Unfortunately, I continue to see weeksly fading of my hair color, so won't be back for a second purchase.

I have been using this shampoo for three years and love it!

If you henna your hair or swim in a pool or live in a place with lot's of sunshine..you will want to use this shampoo.It's a bit on the pricey side , but you don't have to use that much of it. A little in the palm of your hand, brought to a sudsy froth and briskly massaged into your hair, rinsed thoroughly will give you bright and healthy hair..using Henna and this shampoo I have not had split ends for years. I highly recommend it.
