I am a licensed Esthetician, and I like to use Aromatherapy in my room while I am doing skin-care treatments. My favorites are the Eden Garden blends. I could blend essential oils for myself (and I have in the past), but these are as good as I could do, and make my life much easier. I like to use the Invigorate or the Renew Blend for clients who come to me in the morning or midday hours so they can return to work or their daytime routines feeling good without being too sleepy or relaxed. For my after-work and evening clients, I use the Stress Relief or the Relaxation Blend to help my clients unwind from their day. They always compliment me on how good it smells in my treatment room, and I really feel the scents affect their moods in a positive way.

Renew, has everything you need to boost your immune system for the flu and cold season! I was slack this year on getting my flu shot and my husband got the flu, well I started putting renew on 3 times a day diluted in olive oil and I did not get it! I also treated him and added a tad extra peppermint and lavender, it dropped his fever in 20 min! He was on the mend in just 2 days, and back to work in 5! Pretty darn amazing for a flu that has had most out 2-3 weeks!And he is now a believer in the oils! I use it once a day because I work with the public, I love RENEW!I like this oil in my oil burner at home. I'd say the eucalyptus comes through the strongest so it's nice for adding to a humidifier as well. It's exactly what i was looking for!Now next time i have a cold i have an oil that will both energize me and help me to breathe better :).I got this and compared it to my "Young Living" oils and it was about 1/2 as dense. This product must be deluted with something... Back to young living for me:)
