I used a whole box of the Omega Swirl to-go Key Lime and it has a wonderful taste. My hair looked much better and I felt less constipated. I would recommend this product!The bottled version of this is awesome however the to go packs tasted like fish!!! My husband couldn't even swallow his. Do yourself a favor and try the bottle version...it is awesome. The to go packs were horrible. It's great. My teenage sons and I take it. Tastes great and very convenient. Called Barleans directly to see if I could order by the case. No can do. I ordered two 30 packs, which lasts us 20 days for the three of us. Wish there was an easier and less costly way to purchase. The benefits are tremendous! I may start back on the capsules again and go a different route to get the liquid/emulsified flavored product for my sons. Swanson through Amazon seemed to have the best price at time of order.
