A very fine rosewater. I didn't purposefully order the one with glycerin in it it makes it much sweeter to the taste compared to the plain rosewater from this company. As weird as it may sound, this soap actually makes you want to take a shower. The smell is softly spicy (I consider it a unisex fragrance). The soap is mild and leaves you feeling clean without feeling dry. The only question I have is does it dissolve? Because it doesn't appear to. The Claus Porto soaps have unique, lasting fragrances. The bars are huge and make luxurious suds. They outlast several bars of soap of regular size. The fragrances I've tried have a little touch of the exotic, or foreign, about them. This one, the Favorito, red poppy, fragrance, is well named since it's my favorite. This is a wonderful shampoo and body wash for babies and children (or anyone!). The scent is soft and soothing of lavendar and chamomile. I mainly like California baby stuff for what's NOT in their formula's. My kids are very sensitive to several ingredients which are found in almost all other lotions, sunscreens, shampoos, etc. The scent of this wash is definitely not typical, I didn't love it at first, but it has really grown on me. I took a chance buying this large pump bottle of wash for my baby without smelling it first but I wasn't disappointed. The smell is a pleasant lavender/citrus/chamomile smell it's not overpowering so it's perfect for baby's sensitive sense of smell and mom likes it too I look forward to her baths because of the wonderful aroma and her smiles. The pump bottle is really convenient, too because everyone knows that moms only have one "usable" arm!

I have had pretty good luck with coconut oil. I use it in conjunction with ginger root and a couple of other supplements. The main reason I use it is for immune system enhancement.
