The bottle is broken when I received the product it's all mass. I am surprise that how can the seller pack the product like a 5 year old child doing craft. The bottle is broken so the liquid is leaking all over the places, almost quarter are gone. I was gonna return and complain about it. Since you are doing survey I have to tell Amazon to watch this kind of seller should be warned.

I have used this product/brand from the salon before and it really works well for me; therefore, i saw and purchase the salon size from amazon. I have also used their organic product as well.
