I have had pretty good luck with coconut oil. I use it in conjunction with ginger root and a couple of other supplements. The main reason I use it is for immune system enhancement. Since I've been using coconut oil and ginger root I believe that I don't get sick quite as often and when I do get sick I recover more quickly.

Before you try these pills, you might want to look at something called the bloody type diet, I looked at it only after trying these pills and it explained why I instead gained weight instead of losing it. Although the pills helped with my hunger and sometimes gave me that extra boost of energy that I needed.

I won't discourage anyone from purchasing, just do a little more research about your own body. I wish I had.
