I can remember how, back in the '70s when I was a teenager, Patchouli oil was all the rave. Now, all these years later, someone recommended that I purchase some of this oil in its purest form to help me as I live through some pretty stressful situations in my life.

Well, this oil, which arrived in only a few days after I ordered it from amazon.com, has been just the aromatherapy to have on hand--and a lot cheaper than a regular therapist! I dab it on first thing in the morning and keep a bottle handy to take a whiff of sporadically during the day. It has been a tremendous source of comfort for me, and I am so grateful for having rediscovered the therapeutic qualities of Patchouli oil!

This doesn't smell like any patchouli oil I've EVER been near. It smells like some sort of herb. Actually, it smells quite a bit like tea tree oil. I'm pretty sure I was straight ripped off.

I have to agree with the other review that said it smelled like dirt. I use oil to scent my home and have been using patchouli for years. I decided try this brand for the price and will never buy from again. In addition to the poor quality of the oil, it is very watered down. One 10ml bottle of my old brand lasted a year. I went thru this whole 30ml bottle in less than a month, and it still was not even close to the same experience. Do not waste your money.
