I am not sure if I got a bad batch or it was not mixed evenly but the balm is really hit or miss on working, and this is all from the same tin. One time it will be super effective almost to the point of uncomfortable, the next application I will feel nothing from it, at all. It is like smearing some bee's wax on that smells funny. I purchase many of soothing touches products for my therapy practice and bought this to try out since I have been very pleased with their other products. After a month of use, I will be sticking to polar lotion which provides the same amount of relief every application with a better consistency.
