i ordered clove oil they sent clove leaf oil NOT THE SAME !!! First Amazon I sent email no help then I complained on a feed then message that if i returned or wirthout removed my feed they would refund me the cost so I did & they never did what they said !!! Very bad customer service NEVER NEVER AGAIN DONT FEEL THEY HANDLE THINGS AT ALL & THEY DIDNT !!!!! TRHEY LIE LIE LIE

I use these for cleaning and making lotions and astringents and it is not only reliable, it is affordable. Perhaps there are purer or more organic oils out there, but with the quanitities I use, this price was a Godsend.
