This item 'looks' well made and has a great LED candle light feature. But as far as diffusing aromatherapy for which I intended it's use, it is not a quality product.
The 'heating' element is a small red lamp at the base of the reservoir and is not strong enough to diffuse the essential oil into the room at all. The heating element also turns off automatically after only __mins and the light after 180mins, which is frustrating when I have to constantly turn it back on throughout the day.
These things being said about the poor quality of the diffuser, it actually stopped working altogether after about a weeks worth of use. (only a few hours a day)
It stopped turning on even when fully charged, in fact the red blinking light that indicates its charging stopped working and when you push the button to turn it on the light stays on for 1-3 seconds before going dim and turning off. When you push the button twice for the heating element it shuts off instantly.
I am returning this product and spending twice the price for a quality diffuser(H2EO). With this product you certainly get what you pay for.

I bought this because a few of the reviews looked good, it looked pretty and it was affordable. However, this thing really isn't worth it. I returned it and bought an Aromis nebulizing diffuser, which I love. This one really just functioned as one of those crappy LED fake candles. I didn't try it in water or anything, because I just bought it to diffuse essential oils. However, I could not smell the oils I was diffusing AT ALL. I don't even think that the unit got hot enough to diffuse anything. If you're looking for an overpriced LED candle with a cute shape and cute films..this is the right one for you.
From what I've seen in my few weeks of searching for the right diffuser...you pay for what you get.

This is such a nice flamless diffuser:) It is very functional and protable. I have been searching for something like this for so long. I have purched many from other comanys but you guys are the best ! I love that is rechargeable , you can take it any wheres with you and you can put it in the bath!! :) I love the interchangeable films it gives it a very elegant decor fit for any room. Its a great deal and a great item:)

I've had this diffuser about a week and love it. I use this one for aromatherapy. I bought two more, which haven't arrived yet: one for aromatherapy and the other for flower essences. I have the diffuser sitting on my island in the kitchen. The low-price is awesome. The design is awesome. Thanks, guys, for designing and selling this bundle of cuteness. In my case, the diffusers won't be used in a bath or pool--they will remain on counters and desks. I don't quite understand the "water" angle. I use one drop of aroma and it lasts a whole day.
The films are a nifty decorative feature; it took a bit to figure out what the triangular cylinder was (the films). I looked all over for the films until figuring out they came coiled up. I unfolded the films and installed one.
Flower essences are far more delicate than aromatherapy. Aromatherapy is so overpowering that, I suspect, if a diffuser is used for aromatherapy even once, it shouldn't be used for flower essences. The two aromatherapy diffusers will have one pattern of film whereas the flower essence diffuser will have a different pattern. The film difference will be how I'll tell the aromatherapy diffusers from the flower essence diffuser.
I have twenty-years of experience using flower essences in helping in the rescuing of domestic cats (shortand long-term). Aromatherapy is relatively new to me.
I recommend this product. It's one of those products that is so user-friendly you just have to have one.
