My cousin had acne and was desperately trying out various solutions. This stuff is great to put on insect bites or to use as an insect repellant. In my neck of the woods we get a lot of mosquitoes. I just mix up about 2 oz of tea tree oil and water in a large spray bottle and spritz on my skin and my kids when they get bad. I particularly like this bottle because it has the dropper when I need to apply straight to a bite and the pouch it comes in makes it perfect to carry with me.My husband had several spider bites on his stomach and back. My friend suggested I try tea tree oil to relieve the itching and swelling. I dropped a few drops on a cotton ball and rubbed on the spider bites. The next morning the swelling had gone down and the itching had stopped. We kept applying the tea tree oil morning and night. Within a couple of days the bites had all but disappeared. Both my husband and I were impressed. I love the fact this tea tree oil comes in a protective pouch so I can carry it with me wherever I go. I hear this oil is really good on acne. Can't wait to try it although I don't want another zit.
