A marvelous product--not a PRETENCE OF CHOCOLATE FLAVOR, but the real thing. It smooths without oiliness, & without the horrible chemical taste that afflicted all except one that I tried. Unfortunetly, the label came off the one that I had, & I was able to find one of equal quality--Ganache-only after much searching on Amazon & many purchases by makers who seem to believe that chocolate is merely color, devoid of texture, flavor or even scent.
