I have used this multivitamin since I was in college. I'm almost 40 now. First off, yes they are big but they are not difficult to break into halves or even thirds. I recommend breaking them in half and taking a half six times per day with small meals. (this is the diet I am on to control weight and keep metabolism high)
Take a look at all the digestive enzymes and probiotics they include. Absorption is huge issue with multi vitamins which is why they make a 3 per day tablet. You cant take all the vitamins at once or your body will only absorb a small amount and waste the rest. I suggest heading over to life extension forums and doing some research for yourself but the bottom line is this is a well thought out multivitamin. You can also get this vitamin direct from puritans pride if it becomes unavailable here.

These vitiamins agree with my sensitive stomach. I just wish that I didn't have to take 3 of them each dayDefinitely horse-sized tablets guess they have to be big to hold all the stuff they contain. Now I am not an expert but when I read the ingredients, very few foods are listed as a source which indicates to me most of the vitamins are chemical based. I would find an ingredient list and judge for yourself before ordering this product.
