Even though it has only been a few days since purchased , these are already a favorite of ours..We were doing the flax seed oil but it came in a clear bottle { not professionally sealed either } that was sent in a mailer envelope ,it looked cloudy , and had a slight bitter taste..With these , all you need to do is take , right now we have them in the fridge ...So far looking good..~!~
