BEST TONER for all skin types and natural too!I've been using this toner for a while now doesn't cause breakouts or dry out skin nor does it make skin oily in anyway. Very nice toner and natural as well. Smells is very faint and nice without leaving a perfumey scent on your skin

I use this morning and night. I pour a little on my hands and pat over face and neck. Using cotton balls you lose some of the toner.I have used other non alcohol toners but still stung my face and left it a little red. I do not have this problem with BWC.
