The mint tastes gross, and it isn't clear that it was mint flavored. I prefer unflavored. Also the description should say it is filled with glycerol. The label should tell you what percentage is glycerol.

Tastes good to me and is nice for mixing with milk or soymilk to make an omega-3 drink. Emulsified so it mixes well. You can get plenty of EPA/DHA without swallowing a bunch of capsules.

I dislike the thought of taking any liquid substance. However, it is from a Lab you can trust and the product provides the higher mg that cannot be found in commonly advertised fish oil supplements. I take this to meet my need for effectiveness in memory health and joint health.
