I have a decent diet, but probably don't eat as much fruits and vegetables as I should. Because of this, I tried taking a multi-vitamin for a while, but didn't notice any difference. Maybe it worked, but maybe it didn't. Who knows?

I have moderately high cholesterol (genetic it doesn't go down even when I eat really healthy) and take a mild statin; however, my wife is a nurse and told me that I should be taking fish oil. I weigh about 200 pounds and am a fairly large guy, so I've been taking 6 pills a day (3 in the morning and 3 at night). The gel caps have a mild caramel flavor and the fish oil is orange flavored, but very mild. Sometimes I swallow them whole, but sometimes I chew the capsules, drink the oil and discard the shell. Either way works fine.

I previously had somewhat chronic rashes on my legs, but they have gone away after taking fish oil for a month. I also had some joint pain in one of my hips, which has gone away too. Maybe it is all in my head, but my hair even seems shinier and healthier.

It is nice to take a supplement and to actually see noticable benefits. Also, this supplement claims to remove mercury from the oil, so I feel safe taking it.

If you do the monthly shipment plan, the cost is very reasonable. One note the monthly plan does not give you Amazon prime shipping, but since you are getting free shipping every month, it shouldn't matter too much.

This is my favorite brand (and "flavor") fish oil because it's the only one I've tried that doesn't give me fish burps. I find that taking fish oil on a daily basis (which I don't always do due to laziness) really makes a difference in my overall health. It especially helps with acne and oily skin. Acne is partially related to errors in fatty acid metabolism, and omega 3s help normalize this.

I use tea tree oil on my scalp (to relieve symptoms of psoriasis) and on my face (in a blend with other oils for the oil cleansing method). I chose this product because of the amount of oil you get for the price. The quality great at 100%, however this brand has a more sour smell than other brands of tea tree oil. I don't know what that means other than it's a little unpleasant to deal with. Overall though, I would recommend this product.

I really like the box it comes in and the bottle is dark which is appropriate for an essential oil. However, there is not regulating tip on the bottle, just the bottle opening so when you try to pour the oil it, of course, pours down the side of the bottle causing a lot of waste. Also it smells slightly different from my previous tea tree oil by a different manufacturer (which may or may not be bad). I don't doubt that it is essential oil because when I tried to use a plastic orange stick to transfer drops of the oil, it removed the finish on the stick. The oil itself seems to be a fine product, the packaging is really cute, but is overall a waste of oil and money to not have a drip regulator on it.

Found this product once at a Walmart, and never found it in stores again. Looked everywhere for it. Good odor control. Very clean fragrance -not perfumey like most products. Nothing else even comes close. And a container lasts what seems like forever! Use sparingly -1-2 spritzes are just fine.

If you have used drug store muscle rubs you won't be shocked by the smell but its not pleasant. I only use this at home due to the smell but today I got a horrible migraine. I was happy to find this "100% vegetarian ingredients" Shampoo. But then I looked at some of the "ingredients" on my bottle and it didn't seem to be entirely "Organic" than the traditional sodium lauryl sulfate/sulfate Shampoos. As a vegetarian I was expecting herbs not cocamidopropyl betaine.

Ingredients: Botanical infusion (rosemary, chamomile, sage, horsetail, nettle, lavender), certified organic aloe vera gel, cocamidopropyl betaine (gentle cleanser from coconut), panthenol (vitamin B factor), alpha olefin sulfonate (gentle cleanser from sunflower oil), niacin (vitamin B factor), soy protein, biotin (vitamin B factor), witch hazel extract, organic aroma-therapeutic essential oils of Rosemary, Peppermint, Tea Tree, Lavender, and Orange, inositol (vitamin B factor), ethyl hexyl glycerin, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, vitamin C (ascorbic acid).

I wanted to write a lengthier, objective review about this product in an effort to help people looking for similar products. I have been using argan for several months now. Mogador brand is the second brand I have tried. I find it to be of a much more superior quality than the previous brand I tried. I have done quite a bit of research on Argan oil, and Mogador brand has all of the characteristics of true argan oil. Hence, I think the "100% pure" advertising is indeed accurate. I thank Mogador for this truthful advertising and creating a quality product. The oil appears to be of a higher quality, and has a thicker, more velvety feel than the previous brand I used. Funny enough, despite others not liking the smell, I actually like it. To me, it has a subtle woodsy, earthy scent to it that I love. I definitely will buy this brand again. I am thankful I came across it only after one experience with another brand. I've had friends who have tried several, very expensive brands that they did not enjoy.

I have been using the Mogador brand for two months now. I love the Mogador brand and think it to be noticeably better than my previous purchase. However, there is a great deal of hype out there regarding argan oil generally. Unfortunately, I have found this hype to be improper. Argan oil is indeed great as a moisturizer, it makes my skin look nice and glowing, it absorbs well, and I've never experienced any bad reactions to it (I have never experienced any weird breakouts like other comments allege). I would however advise people against falling for the hype surrounding argan oil. Despite it being a great product, it's not a miracle cure for fine lines (mine have still not disappeared), and its moisturizing properties are not so superior to other products that it should get the excessive adulation it's getting in the marketplace. But, Mogador sells a quality product and I think it's a product that is superior to others. But please don't buy it with the expectation that it's going to be a miracle worker. Buy it because it's natural, it's a good way to moisturize your skin, and to keep it healthy.

It's pure, smells amazing (but strong!) and is extremely high quality. I'm sure it would work amazing in an aromatherapy diffuser. I personally use it for two slightly unconventional uses lotion and an all-natural lip plumper.

I make my own lotion from coconut oil and almond oil (I have very sensitive skin and also feel slightly weird about putting so many crazy sounding ingredients on my skin) and will sometimes add a few drops of this in. It makes it feel a little warming and also really helps with sore muscles if I've recently done an intense workout.

I also and this is the main reason I love this use it as a lip plumper. I mix about 3 4 drops of this into a container of lip salve or shea butter (you could also drop a couple drops into your favorite lip gloss). It is VERY STRONG and you should start with just a few drops. The first time I did this, I added too much and had extremely red, dry lips for a week. But in moderation, it's the best lip plumper I've ever used both in terms of effectiveness and feeling, smelling, and looking great. It never feels sticky or artificial. I've gotten so many compliments and literally given out some homemade shea butter / cinnamon oil lip salve as gifts (I use Now brand shea butter). Highly recommended.

OK. So I recently found this awesome lip plumper made by Bite Cosmetics. It has cinnamon oil in it and I really like it...but I want to LOVE it. Im crafty-I can make it better! I scoured my local Vitamin Shoppe & GNC, but I couldn't find cinnamon oil anywhere. Luckily, good old Amazon came thru for me & the Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil came in record time. I was so excited when it came in, I popped the lid off straight away, and put some of the deliciously smelling essential oil directly on my lips. At first, I was disappointed--I mean I only felt a little tiny tingle--bummer.

After a couple of seconds, I'd realized I should be a Bluth, because I'd made a huge mistake. Holy moley, did it burn. Like burnnnning burn. You're probably thinking "Oh, It must have been like eating hot wings or something". You would be wrong madam. It was like a tiny Satan was breakdancing on my lips.

I looked in the mirror thru my teary eyes to find it did in fact plump my lips, but with mascara running down my cheeks, the whole look was ruined. Luckily, the pain subsided after about 20 seconds, at which point I acknowledged I am truly an idiot.

I still love this stuff. Im going to find some lip gloss base to dilute it for the perfect plumper. Five Stars!

Update: 08/30/2013 I did add this to a lipgloss, and the homemade plumper is awesome. I also tried to wear the oil as a sort of perfume one day, but i wound up just walking around smelling like potpori. Pottpouri? Potpourri. Ugh, why didn't they teach us to spell important words like that in grade school?

The mint tastes gross, and it isn't clear that it was mint flavored. I prefer unflavored. Also the description should say it is filled with glycerol. The label should tell you what percentage is glycerol.

I purchased this product after reading a really helpful review on Amazon. I have very sensitive skin and have always been very wary of trying most facial masks, as they tend to make my skin itch and peel. This product did none of the above and left my skin feeling very soft and fresh. It could have just been my imagination but I actually think my skin glows a little bit after using this product. Overall, I think it more than lives up to its advertisement as being purifying and firming. I did not have any complaints about the smell, as it smelled like mud to me, which is what it is. My only complaint would be the price, as it truly is an expensive product compared to other facial masks on the market. But I can say that I do believe, if you have sensitive and psoriasis prone skin like myself (and I know there are few products out there for us psoriasis sufferers) that you will love this product. As far as the political comments about this product, please do not be scared away by ridiculous and hate filled claims of "apartheid." There unfortunately will always be people who use amazon reviews, as way to vent their hatred against certain ethnic and religious groups no mater how ridiculous it is to use a skin care product as a political forum.

Despite the polarized reviews on this item, I personally really like this product. I got it in a sample society I subscribe to and was extremely happy with the results. I have really really sensitive skin, it breaks out easily and dries out easily as well, so some masks can irritate my skin. This mask has a good feeling when I apply it...it kinda burns for a second but is kind of invigorating if that makes sense, but I definitely see the results when I wake up the next morning. No matter what kind of sleep I got the night before my skin looks very calm and even-toned as well as taught.

Best mask I've found to date. Whenever my skin looks dull I put this on to instantly improves my complexion and the results last for up to a week. Helps my adult cystic acne breakouts too! Skin feels tighter and my pores are noticably smaller. Great for my combination skin but think it would work for any type.

I purchase the Ahava Hand Cream and received a sample of this mask. I like that it can be rinsed off after only 2 minutes. No peeling, scrubbing....it rinses easily. It gives a slight tingle and has only a very slight, pleasing smell. I left mine on for about 5 minutes the first time and noticed the tingle start to burn, YIKES. My face showed no sign of this. The second time, I left it on for the actual 2 minutes and my face looked incredible. It felt very soft and I followed up with the Ahava face cream , which was a small sample as well. My face had a beautiful, healthy glow. My cousin commented on how fabulous I looked. I will definitely be purchasing the full size.
