This is my first time using any essential oil and I really like the Spearmint. I mix it with peppermint and eucalyptus in a spray bottle and spray around my front door for roaches and spiders...it keeps them from coming inside my apartment. I also use it inside around baseboards, windows, and my ac so that it diffuses out into the room. The smell is great and the results for pests (roaches, spiders, ants) has been very satisfactory. I add 2 drops to cool water and use to rinse my mouth after brushing and like it this way as well. I am very satisfied with this product from Plant Therapy and will purchase again.
