For more than just cold/flu. I don't know if it's the arnica or what, but I was aching so bad the other day (had had some rather traumatic dental work done, and my whole body was sore). The bubbles are "substantial", almost creamy, and last, and there was a ton. The smell is very nice-a little of the menthol thing to clear the head during cold/flu/allergy seasons, but not too much so. Very soothing and relaxing. I'll be keeping this in stock in my house.
