Unfortunately this oil has to be imported from Scandinavia, but it is free of toxins due to the 3rd party testing that they do. A little more expensive then something you can get from Costco or Walmart, but with Carlsons oils you ingest fatty acids and with others you get a little mercury.

I started taking salmon oil pills several years ago as an anti-inflammatory. I also take Carlson multi-vitamins, and find them worth the money. One suggestion -if your stomach is sensitive in the morning, take them at night or at meals.Buy Carlson Labs Norwegian Salmon Oil, 1000mg Now
I've taken omega 3 supplements for years. Flaxseed oil, fish oil, etc. Even took Carlson fish oil softgels. Since I started on the Carlson Salmon Oil softgels, I have seen a noticeable difference in my complexion. I take 3 a day and I've had many people tell me I "glow". I see it too! Not sure if this is directly attributed to the salmon oil or if is the combination of salmon oil and approx. a pint of blueberries/per day (also known to improve complexion) but I am loving it! I am sticking with it!Read Best Reviews of Carlson Labs Norwegian Salmon Oil, 1000mg Here
In taking the full daily dosage and cutting back on beef, pork, lamb, etc. my cholesterol dropped 59 points in 4 months. This product seems good. It does cause Fish Burps. I recommend it as this does not bother me. Overall it seems good after two weeks of use.
