I would recommend this product who does not like to take pills. I have been taking Omega 3 in pills and decided to try the liquid; it is quite easy to take and convenient when pills are hard to swallow. Omega 3 Flax oil is a great product.I needed some flax oil for the Budwig diet protocol to get oxygen into my system to help keep the cancer away. For the price this oil went very fast. I had to buy much more at my local health food store. The product is just as good as the other brand. and the prices are comparable. For the price and the waiting for shipping I did just as well going to my local HF store. All flax oil is a bit pricey. If the Budwig diet is a 5-year plan I may not continue for the money and the time it takes for the health benefits. I add other faster methods of health support to help. Caveate: for one who has breast cancer estrogens contribute to breast cancer and should be avoided. Flax is phytoestrogenic. So I am not sure if the return of hotflashes is from Flax oil, or another phytoestrogenic plant (flax seed, alfalfa) or other supplements.
