I'd been taking fish oil for a while when I decided it was time to encourage the kids to take it too. (I get the giant jars from wherever I can find them cheaply -grocery store, warehouse store, Amazon). They agreed. Only problem was that my kids -old hands at swallowing medication -couldn't face the gigantic gel caps I use. So I bought them these instead and was very pleased with the results. The kids think they're still too large, but they do take them without grumbling! I just reordered and will continue to order these.

i like that it's a smaller pill so i can swallow it easy. i haven't had any fishy burps. i'm glad i bought this product.
