I'm not sure how pure it is, I've heard you can only trust one brand of oils, but that brand is a little too pricey for me at the moment. This type is sold at the local health food store. I've used an entire vial and came to amazon for more. Much cheaper on amazon. We put it in a humidifier when we're sick, and in the bath. Very soothing.
