I take 2kMG of Omega3 daily. Was pointed out to me by my nutritional guru ("Vito" at Highland Healthfood in Highland Park, IL.) the type of Omega3s I'm getting from the Barlean's Wild & Whole Krill, the body is able to use more effectively. Bottom line I'm getting substantially more antioxidants and and Astaxanthan, than from Omega3 alone.

An aside, I just made change from Carlson Omega3, to Ekland Omega3 (better product and veggie caps where Carlson uses animal gelatin) and am very happy with that choice.

I wish I could effectively communicate the fascinating information from some extraordinarily erudite nutritionists which found me deciding to INCLUDE one of the Barlean's Krill WITH my Ekland Omegas daily. Do your research carefully. Ask those you trust and know can offer valuable advice without the motivation to simply see you buy and consume "more".

After years of trying various capules for the Omega-3's I am so HAPPY to fine one that does not cause horrid taste and/or an upset belly. I keep these in the freezer, still, to ensure no digestion problems.
