This is a very good supplement and a reliable brand. DHA or dicosaheaxaenoic acid is an important part of any omega 3 supplement. I researched and did the math on just about every major fish oil supplement out there. AtLarge, Biotest, Nature Made, Primal Blueprint, the list goes on.

This was the best deal I could find, without a doubt. The pills are fairly large, but they go down quite easily. I have not experienced any fishy aftertaste or belching, so the enteric coating must be doing it's job. For the money, 180 soft gels is pretty hard to beat.
