I would recommend this product because it works and I bought it for someone and they just love it! Strong smell though so I would use it before bed or something because I wouldn't really want to smell like it all day even though the smell does tame after a time.

I added several 10 ML bottles of essential oils to this massage oil which seems to help with muscle and joint pain. I used it as a carrier oil and never used it alone so I can't say how it works.

The different oils from Plantlife feel different in your hands. They are all pretty good, but the "Sore Muscle" scented oil has the best feel. It stays slick for a long time, has a very pleasant and noticeable scent and the oil eventually absorbs nicely into the skin. It doesn't become tacky like some oils, and is slick enough that it won't collect grit. The additives are all very gentle. A little soapy water is all that is needed to clean up my hands afterwards, there is no trace left over. I highly recommend it, it is the best I've found so far.
