I found out about these diffusers after a meditation room was opened at my job on a trial basis. Researching these ultrasonic /aromatherapy diffusers, I found they have many health benefits like humidification, releasing negative ions, and in conjunction with essential oils is great for aromatherapy as it allows for less oil use. I purchased this unit because it held the mot water in its price range (450ml) and it has many varied settings. It's worked great out of the box! I currently useit with a few drops of orange oil or a lavender blend. Note that if the water level gets low enough it will stop misting.
