I have to say I was a bit reserved about using an organic mouthwash/toothpaste after dabbling with tee-tree oil products in the past. This stuff, however, is in a different category. It's perfectly minty, gentle on the tongue especially in the morning. I like it, my whole mouth stays clean. I use it between meals, I alternate using it with my other natural products for my teeth. It's easy to use, easier than toothpaste because I can just gargle and brush with it. (During the day I just gargle and do a light brush to keep my enamel intact. I brush my tongue, my gums inside and out lightly, quickly... my teeth and gums are always very healthy)

Do what it says on the instructions, rinse your mouth with this when you arise in the AM and all bacteria will be gone! Doesn't have that toothpaste consistency and taste but I don't care.

I have been buying and using this brushing rinse for over a year, and I can't speak highly enough about it. It healed my gums and it has kept them healthy, and it's fantastic for my teeth. It must be working well, because my dental check-ups have been stellar since I began using this exclusively. Most toothpastes are full of ingredients that will harm your teeth and gums even the so-called healthy toothpastes have questionable ingredients. This brushing rinse is full of good stuff that cleans your teeth and gums nicely without causing irritation or doing anything that will soften enamel and harm your teeth. Three years ago I was at an organic open market in Honolulu and bought The Essential Oxygen Brushing Rinse. Since then I have been using it regularly and love it. Not only does it make your mouth feel fresh and clean, it also can be used to brush your teeth. I have extremely sensitive teeth and even the all natural toothpaste made for sensitive teeth hurts me. Not the Brushing Rinse. It removes tartar, leaves your teeth white and I love that it is made with safe ingredients and is organic. I feel confident using this product and am so happy to see it is available on Amazon. I simply would be so disappointed if I could not find it.
