While waiting for our eucalyptus trees to grow, i decided to get the eucalyptus oil to ward off biting insects. This works. Very stong odor, but not offensive when I first dabed on my neck, arms and hands. So then I tried it on our dog. It seems to be keeping the ticks off of her and I like this better than the poision collars or topical chemicals and again, after a while it just smells great...I will reorder alot......

I use this for many things. Love the smell. Use it if nose is plugged up. I also use it to mix up a natural fly spray for my mini donkeys with vinegar, water & Avon's oil.

I use this oil in the kitchen as a natural "insect discourager"--a term I prefer to use in place of insect killer. Ants can't stand the aroma, so I spray the parts of my kitchen where they are prone to enter (mixed with a little liquid castille and water), and no more ants! I refuse to use toxic products: just say NO to cancer-causing corporate greed!!!

My dog has not had a flea since I've sprayed this with lavender, teatree, cedarwood and lemongrass in water with a drop of dish detergent. The smell is fleeting, but it works. I tried all the commercial products, but they only irritated my dog's skin (granted, it is not a big or hearty dog...for those, you can probably use Raid). Fast shipment, good price.
