If you're interested in the benefits of Astragalus Root, you should consider a concentrated extract powder such as this. At my local stores, astragalus root in liquid form only provides about 500mg 1g of the herb, and that's AFTER taking 2 or 3 dropper fulls. A few weeks later, your bottle will definitely be empty.
