This cream doesn't even shave well, much less moisturize as you shave. After using this cream while travelling I was very disappointed. I was looking for something to fight the irritation of simple shaving cream, and provide some moisture at the same time. Not with this stuff. I'm not a prissy man, but this stuff didn't affect my breakouts after shaving or leave me feeling well shorn.

I like this shaving cream a lot! I have sensitive skin and typically get razor burn very easily. This reduced the amount of razor burn I got and left my skin softer than most, even before putting lotion on. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because Trader Joe's has a product just like it, and I like the texture better than Alba. Alba is a little bit sticky compared to Trader Joe's. If Trader Joe's didn't have their version I would continue using Alba.
