I have been loosing my hair because of medications. Everytime I showered, I would have to unclog the drain several times as this was how much hair I was loosing. Within one week of taking two (2) capsules a day, I no longer had to unclog the drain. I checked with WEBMD to make sure there weren't any drug interactions before taking this. I am amazed!!! Ordered 2 bottles first was fine. Lasted about a month and a half. Opened the 2nd bottle and it had empty capsules and some that appeared to have burst/leaked which left the in-tact capsules stuck together in a nasty half sticky half dried mess.I threw the product away, then a couple of weeks later decided to contact Deva to let them know about the issue. I was outside of my return window with Amazon, so they would be unable to help me.
I had 3 other products to send back to them at the time and they were nice enough to replace this product (I had to pay return shipping of the other bad items) even though I had already thrown away "the evidence".
Their attitude during and after that fact was terrible. I will not purchase any of their products again.
