I often keep bottle of essential oil in my purse, but they started to weigh it down and i found i just wasn't using them like i thought i would during the day. These little drops are so easy to take and are light enough that it's no big deal to fit them in my purse. I love peppermint. It's great for a little pick-me-up during the work day or before a work out. They are also great on an upset stomach.
