My wife purchased this product from her stylist and we both liked it so I decided to see if I could find a good deal on Amazon, which I did. Unfortunately, the deal shown was not what arrived. I ordered the shampoo & conditioner duo, but only received the shampoo. I contacted the seller (All Fragrances On-line) and was told that the order was only for the shampoo. This began almost two weeks of correspondence back and forth, with the seller claiming that Amazon had made an error with the order, and ultimately only offering to make an $8 and change refund. This was not satisfactory to me, since all through the ordering process it was clear that this was a combined shampoo and conditioner order. I even took several pictures of the product, told the seller how it appeared on the website, etc., and exercised patience with the seller under the premise that the seller was negotiating with Amazon for a resolution to the problem. I finally filed an A to Z Guarantee claim (first that I have EVER had to file!) after it became evident that the $8 refund was all the seller would be willing to do. I received notice in less than 24 hours that the claim had been approved and a full refund was being issued for the entire order. Hooray for Amazon, Boo for AFO! I will definitely purchase this product through Amazon again, but will make sure it's from a different seller.

I've used this shampoo off and on for the past 3 years, but hadn't been using the conditioner the whole time. I switched to a different conditioner about a year ago, because I wanted to try something different. I still had the shampoo since I had the liter size, so didn't switch that. I like the shampoo because it feels like it leaves my hair clean and is gentle. however, I don't remember the conditioner feeling like icy-hot. It smells like sports creams and also tingles a bit. If you leave it on for a bit it starts to burn. I don't remember this from previous use. Maybe they've changed the product since I last used it they certainly changed the packaging. I feel like it doesn't leave my hair as nourished and healthy as it had in the past. Don't think I'd get this same conditioner.

I had to clarify the hell out of my hair. After just one week of using this product. Build up galore without even using any other hair products. I know it is non sulfate, and I'm not new to that. This shampoo doesn't clean or sud at all. Zero. You may as well just wash with water for real! Smells funky and doesn't even give volume. Either this stuff is old or knock off. Maybe it just sucks that bad.

I purchased this Shampoo for several reason but the most important is it was rated very good on the EWG.org website that gives details and ratings to personal care products and their levels of toxic ingredients. It gets my hair very clean and i am not worried about having toxicity penetrate through my scalp. Highly recommend.

I've been using the other product Enjoy Luxury Shampoo for years and recently purchased the Rejuvenating Volumizing Shampoo to see how my fine hair would do. This product is now my new favorite. The luxury shampoo made my hair soft, to the point it was hard to hold a curl, I would still recommend that product to anyone. However, for my thin hair, the volumizing product does seem to make my hair not as soft, but definately thicker. It has given me lift and created texture. Love this product!
