Well, I am disappointed with this. The scent is not very strong and you have to place it against your nose to smell anything. I can't say it relieved any stress...if anything it may have caused a little more stress because of the money I lost buying it.

I would like to say that the smell isnt all that grand, and it doesn't really help me either.. But over all its good to some what get some of the stress down.. Its small and can travel with you when you need it most.. Fits in a pocket, and or purse..
