I've used AoS' after shave balm for many years without any problems, but I decided to try the ocean kelp because I liked the smell. This is one time when I wish that AoS had a more liberal return policy!

It's completely different from the traditional balm. You have to use a TON of it (at least 10-12 squirts) and it absorbs impossibly fast. I'm giving this three stars because of the smell and the fact that I think the fast absorbtion might actually be a GOOD thing in hot weather (as the balm can, admittedly, bet a little runny). I will say that it doesn't leave my neck and face feeling the way that it does when I use the balm... It's almost like nothing is there...

I received this after shave as a gift, I do not usually use after shave balms because they tend to break me out and make me feel greasey, but AoS Ocean Kelp absorbs quickly and evenly and keeps my face smooth and soft without causing me to break out. The scent is awesome and the balm is soothing. Unfortunately the price tag is unacceptably high. I would have no issues buying this balm if it were priced $10-$15 cheaper, but at its current MSRP, even though it's a quality product, I won't be buying this balm again.

This is a very good product. It not only does the job it feels like it is working. It will be hard to keep a good supply on the shelves.
