I orginally purchased this because the box said it helped hair, my hair is thinning, after taking 1 capsule a day for 5 days I noticed a great improvement in breathing through my nose, it was so much easier, and my eyes and mouth did not seem as dry. I still don't know if it helps hair but I figure it can't hurt. and because it helped the nose, eyes and mouth I will continue to take it. I read you get Omega 7 from milk I haven't had a glass of milk since I was pregant with my 30 year old son.

I told my son-in-law who has a lot of nose breathing issues about it and he also has had great improvement by using it.

I did not know how much it helped till I ran out. At age 59 I still have problems with oily skin and acne. This product really helped with the inflammation from acne and reduced the oil as well. My eyes feel much better. . . less irritated and dry while using this product. But the YOU KNOW WHERE (feminine dryness) was a big surprise. It just makes you feel so normal, yeah! I was only taking it once a day, but I plan to take it to twice a day. Can't wait to see if this helps my husbands psoriasis and other skin ailments as well. I am auto ordering to save 15%. Ointments, creams, soaps, antibiotics. I have tried them all to manage the inflammation of my skin known as rosacea. For the last several months I have great success with a combination of New Chapter Wholemega salmon oil (New Chapter Wholemega 1000mg (120), 1000mg, 120 softgels) (2x per day) and New Chapter Omega 7 (2x per day).
