I'm 41 and I decided to buy this over a year ago. I used it for about 6 months and noticed that my hair stopped falling out. I'd notice the hair loss only when I'd blow dry my hair. I did notice that my hair grew faster. What I really noticed was my skin was not nearly as dry and my dry eyes were gone!! I would use it for the skin and eyes alone. It is great!
